Query Tool ConfigDB Management

For users with role administrator, it is allowed to manage configDB directly from query tool.

Now, it provides a new dropdown selector to choose between ConfigDB or RealtimeDB and the old one with the tables to query.

The interface looks similar to the one for query ontologies:

By default, only read operations are allowed, the rest are disabled:

However, create, update and delete operations can be enabled by adding a environment variable in Control Panel:

QUERY_TOOL_ALLOWED_OPERATIONS=true
