Query Tool ConfigDB Management

For users with role administrator, it is allowed to manage configDB directly from query tool.

The users is shown a new drop-down selector to choose whether they want to make quaries on the ConfigDB or the RealtimeDB; and then the old drop-down with the tables on which to make the query.

The interface looks similar to the one shown for query ontologies:

By default, only read operations are allowed, the rest are disabled:

However, the other operations (create, update and delete) can be enabled by adding an environment variable in Control Panel:

QUERY_TOOL_ALLOWED_OPERATIONS=true

This allows to perform those operations:
