Introduction

In Q4 a significant improvement will be added to the Export-Import Tool when it comes to exporting data that will improve the efficiency of this process when working with a considerable volume of data.

To do this, the export logic has been modified so that this process is always launched in the background, preventing the Platform from being blocked for long periods of time while preparing the export file

Background Export

Once we have accessed the DEV TOOLS> Export & Import Environment tool menu option, we access the EXPORT tab, where the different options for export will appear:

Open

Two buttons have been added with the following functionality:

• Start Exporting: The export of the selected option will start in the background.

• Download File: Download the file generated by the export in the background. In the event that the export has not finished yet, pressing the button will display an information note

Open

This improvement is intended to free the user from paying attention to whether the export has already finished. Since the file will be stored until the file is downloaded or another export is started by the same user.
