Import data from a connection with Onesait Platform

 

Introduction

The DataRefiner module can be accessed with the ADMINISTRATOR and ANALYTICS roles, from the Control Panel menu option

How to import data from the platform to treat it?

First, the button will be pressed

After this this screen appears

The option is clicked:

Connections stored, in this list the connections that have been previously saved appear, if we click on any of them we see the options that are connect, delete or modify

Use Proxy, Proxy and ProxyPort: They will be filled in if you have to use a proxy.

Name: It will be the name of the connection.

Host: The Host of the platform in this case we are indicating the one of the lab.onesaitplatform.com

User: user of the Onesait platform with which it is intended to connect to have access to its resources.

Vertical: in case of using verticals it must be filled.

Password: password of the user to access the platform.

After filling in the form and pressing the connection button, the Query Editor will appear

The ontology from which the data is to be obtained will be selected.

A simple query is automatically generated that we can modify to model how the information needs to be retrieved.

After this, click on "Preview Query Result" and you will have a preview of the data

There are several things you can do on this screen.

Go back to the ontology query by pressing "Start over".

Rename the project, this can also be done later.

Check the options that match your import preferences at the bottom.

And if everything is correct press "Create Project"
